This is a man we like here at the Kru. Basically for six months he had innocently been chaining his bike to a fence, when one day a sign was erected on the fence saying that locking bikes to the fence was now forbidden. However exploiting a loophole in this notice, the person in question has set up a site giving you the chance to suggest other things he should chain to the fence. A fridge door and another fence are currently favourites. |
